From 3rd-5th November 2023 the 5th DIAD-DIAL Conference took place in Dubai together with the XLII. ISDP Symposium. The DIAD-DIAL conference brings together leading experts in dermatology, dermatopathology and other fields. The event focused on the challenge of reliable diagnosis and specific treatment options.
Dermagnostix CEO Natalie Garzorz-Stark was on-site to talk about innovation in chronic skin disease through molecular diagnostics. She highlighted the huge gap between traditional diagnostic methods and the specific treatment options already available, the full potential of which has yet to be realized. With the LabDisk-Analyzer and the PsorX-LabDisk, she also presented the fully automated solution to fill this large gap, which was met with great interest.
Thanks to the collaboration between the 'Dubai International Academy of Dermatopathology and Dubai International Academy of Laser & Aesthetic Dermatology' (DIAD-DIAL) and the 'International Society of Dermatopathology' (ISDP), the event impressed with a broad spectrum of perspectives and expertise, and participants gained insights into the latest developments in dermatology and dermatopathology.
