Erysk-TargetDisk

Now available
Tissue type: FFPE skin samples

Measurement of biomarkers LCK and HOMER1 in FFPE-samples

Erysk-TargetDisk is a molecular assay for the analysis of the biomarkers LCK and HOMER1, which have been studied for their role in distinguishing early stage mycosis fungoides (MF) from benign inflammatory dermatoses such as eczema and psoriasis Erysk-TargetDisk provides access to biomarker-based molecular patterns that enable deeper exploration of difficult cases, especially when clinical and histological findings are inconclusive. This allows for a deeper insight into the biological processes of the skin and provides additional context that can help advance clinical methodology development.

The TargetDisk product line is for Research Use Only (RUO). Not for use in diagnostic procedures.

Tissue type: FFPE skin samples

Characterization of Molecular Patterns in Inflammatory Skin Research

The molecular pattern approach in dermatology involves clustering inflammatory skin profiles according to gene expression data from skin samples to uncover the mechanisms underlying skin conditions.¹ Pattern-TargetDisk enables the analysis of molecular markers and the identification of inflammation-related skin profiles for research purposes. It facilitates exploratory studies, supporting biomarker discovery, molecular stratification, and the grouping of study participants.

The TargetDisk product line is for Research Use Only (RUO). Not for use in diagnostic procedures.
