Measurement of biomarkers LCK and HOMER1 in FFPE-samples

Erysk-TargetDisk is a molecular assay for the analysis of the biomarkers LCK and HOMER1, which have been studied for their role in distinguishing early stage mycosis fungoides (MF) from benign inflammatory dermatoses such as eczema and psoriasis.¹ Erysk-TargetDisk provides access to biomarker-based molecular patterns that enable deeper exploration of difficult cases, especially when clinical and histological findings are inconclusive. This allows for a deeper insight into the biological processes of the skin and provides additional context that can help advance clinical methodology development.

Measurement of the biomarkers NOS2 and CCL27 in fresh skin samples

The PE-TargetDisk assay enables analysis of NOS2 and CCL27 gene expression from fresh human skin samples using the Dermagnostix system. These genes have been widely studied in the context of the inflammatory skin conditions psoriasis and eczema.¹
