Your Responsibilities
- Develop diagnostic systems and processes for medical applications, with a particular focus on:
- Entwicklung und Testung zentrifugal-mikrofluidischer Kartuschen
- Designing, optimizing, and validating data analysis and decision-making algorithms.
- Developing and testing centrifugal microfluidic cartridges.
- Analyze technical challenges and identify, develop, and implement improvements to products and processes.
- Contribute to development projects in the regulated medical technology environment, including verification, validation, and risk analyses (e.g., FMEA).
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams across Research & Development, Production, Quality Management, and Regulatory Affairs.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and contribute to quality-related processes.
- Identify innovative approaches and contribute to the development of potentially patentable solutions.
Your Profile
- A degree in Microsystems Engineering, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Knowledge of (centrifugal) microfluidics and/or data analysis. Experience in both areas is an advantage, but not a requirement.
- Ideally, experience with Python programming, particularly in data analysis, statistical analysis, or decision-making algorithms.
- Strong analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work.
- A collaborative mindset, initiative, and a hands-on approach.
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
